We stand behind the quality of Seven Oryx Arabian Pomade. If you’re not completely satisfied with your first purchase, you may request a refund within 3 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Applies to UAE customers only.
- Applies to one (1) jar only and first-time customers.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the delivery date.
- The product must have been used only in a reasonable test amount.
- You must provide your order number and clear photos of the jar and remaining product.
- The product must be returned to us. You may drop it off at no charge or return it by courier at your own expense.
- We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet these conditions or where misuse, excessive use, or where taking advantage of the policy is suspected.
